GRADE SCHOOL THROUGH HIGH SCHOOL As your child progresses from grade school to middle school and then finally to high school, you will notice many changes both physically, emotionally, and mentally. You should prepare yourself for many challenges that will occur along the way. While you will be amazed at how quickly your child is growing, you will also want to shelter them from life’s harsh lessons and realities. The truth is, is that you cannot protect your children forever. All you can do is prepare them for their future and hope that they will make good decisions. There are three areas of learning that you should be aware of during these years: Educational learning, physical learning, and social learning. Each will change as your child grows, but they will remain constant throughout their lives. You should nurture and help shape who your child is through these three areas.
